Leading up to the arch are LED candles, petals, and roses. You walk your partner up to the floral heart, drop to your knee and propose. Venue Assistance – Need help finding a venue? Tell us your budget and we send you available venue options on your date for your proposal for you to book directly. Additional $250
Musician – Enhance your intimate proposal with a musician playing your song as you pop the question. Additional $399
Ultimate Romance - Add 30 lux candles, 2 more dozen roses in vases, and cold sparklers. Additional $449
Photographer – A photographer discreetly captures your proposal and provides a portrait session after if desired. Edited images are normally delivered through an online gallery. Additional $575
Videographer – A videographer discreetly captures your proposal and provides close-up footage after if desired. Additional $925

Terms & Conditions

Available daily. Additional fees will apply on major holidays.
NO set ups to be done during special events with street closures New Years Eve, and marathons
This package cannot be done in a small hotel room, only in a large suite.
Reservations require 7 days notice
Proposal is non-refundable
Sparklers must be approved to be used by the venue prior to set up.
Letters may be different than pictured. All depending on availability.
If a generator is needed there is an extra fee.
In the event of inclement weather, proposal may be rescheduled within 90 days. If rescheduling is not available due to travel plans, The Heart Bandits will attempt to accommodate.
It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain any permits if an outdoor location is desired.
