  • Venue Assistance – Need help finding a venue?  Tell us your budget and we send you available venue options on your date for your proposal for you to book directly.  Additional $250
  • Musician – Enhance your intimate proposal with a musician playing your song as you pop the question. Additional $399
  • Ultimate Romance - Add 30 lux candles, 2 more dozen roses in vases, and cold sparklers. Additional $449
  • Photographer – A photographer discreetly captures your proposal and provides a portrait session after if desired. Edited images are normally delivered through an online gallery. Additional $575
  • Videographer – A videographer discreetly captures your proposal and provides close-up footage after if desired. Additional $925

Terms & Conditions

  • Available daily. Additional fees will apply on major holidays.
  • NO set ups to be done during special events with street closures New Years Eve, and marathons
  • The decor featured in the photo is not included; the image is intended to showcase only the letters.
  • This package cannot be done in a small hotel room, only in a large suite.
  • Reservations require 7 days notice
  • Proposal is non-refundable
  • Sparklers must be approved to be used by the venue prior to set up.
  • Letters may be different than pictured. All depending on availability.
  • If a generator is needed there is an extra fee.
  • In the event of inclement weather, proposal may be rescheduled within 90 days. If rescheduling is not available due to travel plans, The Heart Bandits will attempt to accommodate.
  • It is the Client’s responsibility to obtain any permits if an outdoor location is desired.
