Upgrades

  • Onsite Manager – If you are not booking any upgrades, an onsite manager is required to allow access as the building has no doorman.  Additional $200
  • Wireless Speaker Rental – A bluetooth-enabled wireless speaker will be waiting for you to play your favorite songs from your mp3 player or phone. A 3.5mm audio cable will also be available to connect the source. Additional $50 (Only available when bundled with a decor upgrade)
  • Marry Me Sign – Enhance your proposal with a neon or lightweight “Marry Me?” sign. It looks so great in photos!!  Additional $200
  • Musician – Enhance your intimate proposal with a musician playing your song as you pop the question. Additional $399
  • Candles, Bouquet, & Sparkling Wine– Candles are placed around the perimeter of the rooftop or as an aisle. A presentation bouquet of flowers is waiting for you to hand to your partner upon acceptance of your proposal. Celebratory sparkling wine is provided. Additional $399
  • Rose Petals & Framed Photos– An aisle of rose petals leads to a table where your 2 framed photos are waiting. Additional $459
  • Photographer – An award-winning photographer discreetly captures your proposal and provides a portrait session after if desired. Edited images are normally delivered through an online gallery. Additional $575
  • Rush Photography Delivery – As an add-on to a photographer, have all the photos from your proposal delivered within 48 hours so that you can share with the world right away. Additional $159
  • Bubble Tent Picnic - Have a weather safety plan with a bubble tent.  Inside the bubble you will find a picnic mat, decorative rug, pillows, LED candles and candle holders, table with runner, silk floral arrangements, place settings, fairy lights, and champagne - Additional $619

  • Rooftop Terrace is exclusively yours for 1 hour. Terrace is located in midtown area of New York
  • Extra fees may apply for the Holidays
  • Available daily based on availability.
  • Proposal is non-refundable and will occur rain or shine.
  • Proposal may be rescheduled with 7 days notice. Upon rescheduling, we will do our best to accommodate your new date but no guarantees can be made.
