Times Square Video Billboard Marriage Proposal
Imagine being in the center of Times Square with your partner and enjoying all the sites. You then point out a billboard right in the center of it all and to your partner’s amazement, it’s showing a video that you have made on the billboard. You have her watch the entire footage and you pop the question at the end while the crowd cheers you on!
- Proposal displayed on a central billboard in Times Square
- Proposal duration is 6 minutes
- Proposal can be at the date and time of your choice, pending availability

- Base package $2,200
- Photographer – An award-winning photographer discreetly captures your proposal and provides a portrait session after if desired. Edited images are normally delivered through an online gallery. Additional $495
- Rush Photography Delivery – As an add-on to a photographer, have all the photos from your proposal delivered within 48 hours so that you can share with the world right away. Additional $159
- Videographer (1 Shooter) – A videographer discreetly captures your proposal and provides close-up footage after if desired. Additional $925
- Videographer (2 Shooters) – A pair of videographer cameramen discreetly capture your proposal and provide close-up footage after if desired. With two shooters you will get multiple angles and it is perfect if you are combining the billboard with another package like a Flash Mob. Additional $1275
- A Cappella Serenade – An a cappella group sings “your” song to her. There won’t be a dry eye around! Additional $935
- Proposal is non-refundable
- Proposal may not be rescheduled
- The Heart Bandits can not be held liable for technical glitches on the billboard
- You pick the time for your 6 minute proposal and we’ll check availability. Not available on New Years Eve. Once we have confirmed availability, you will need to send us your video according to the specs that we provide. We must receive all video at least twelve (12) days in advance of your proposal
- Package requires 14 days notice for booking or additional fees will apply
- Can’t use any image or video without the permission of the copyright owner.
- Can’t show any other company name/logo/slogan/image/website URL, unless you have written permission from them.(For example: if you wear a T-Shirt/ hat that shows big Nike logo or NBA logo, these are the footages won’t be allowed to show)
- Content can’t include any dangerous wording, For example: To “Kill” time, Sake “Bomb”.. Etc
- If you make any subtitles in other languages, please do fill out the video translation for the content team review.
