We often are asked to plan Paris theme marriage proposals and we understand why. Paris is the city of love and it is absolutely stunning so if you have a connection to Paris, why not use it as a central theme? However, when Milton told us why he wanted a Paris themed proposal, it just made our hearts melt.
The Story
Milson and Jenny had that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to visit Paris during their relationship. However, very early on in the trip Jenny was stung by a wasp and bed-ridden the entire trip! Milson wanted to make it up to her by bringing a little Paris to New York. To add to this theme, Milson also wanted to highlight other travels they have been on together.
The Proposal Idea
We came up with the idea to place vintage postcards around the room with memories on the back from each location.
Since she loves beautiful pink flowers we had to include that in her proposal. The proposal took place in a beautiful penthouse overlooking the city of New York.
The Proposal
When Jenny walked in, she could not believe her eyes. She was taken back by all of the flowers, memories, photos of her and Milson, and the view.
But most of all, as with all of our client’s partners, she was most impressed by how much effort Milson put in to making her feel special on such a very important day. Milson proposed, she said yes! The couple celebrated with a private dinner as a newly engaged couple.
