Southern California Marriage Proposal Inspirtation
Spencer came to us with the hope that we could create a dream Southern California marriage proposal for his girlfriend Chelsie. The first step in creating a proposal that truly resonates with the proposee is to learn what makes their love story unique. When we got to know details about Spencer and Chelsie’s relationship, we were just overwhelmed with their special memories. From their first 3 hour date in Beverly Hills, their adorable nicknames for each other, to their luxury trips to Paris and the French Riviera, we just couldn’t pick one memory to focus on as a theme. They were all too good! So for the proposal idea, we came up with a classy and modern Memory Lane.
On the beach at sunset, we created a gorgeous display of their favorite memories. The memories were blown up on canvases and hung from modern gold stands. Each stand were adorned in flowers in her favorite colors, cream and light blue. The middle stand featured a neon marry me sign hung over a floral display.
On the proposal day, Spencer told Chelsie that he wanted to go for a walk along the beach before dinner. She was completely blown away when she saw a sign that said “The story of Bozo & Bozette.” She walked down an aisle of gorgeous florals on stands and then up to the memory lane display we created. After looking at each photo, Spencer walked her over to a stand covered in light blue fabric. He revealed the sign and she was completely shocked to see the proposal message.
